Return/Cancellation Policy

NOTE: We ONLY sell products for use with tobacco and legal dry herbs. You must be 21+ to use this site. 

Return Policy

We accept returns of all unused and unopened vaporizers for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a refund (less a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation for all returns as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing.

Defective Products

Returns of all broken or defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).

Before you ship product(s) back, you must email us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, the reason for return and RMA number. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation for all returns as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Note: With the exception of used glassware (whips), all accessories and product component parts must be returned with the unit. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

Missing / Broken Items

Pretty Pipe Shop is not responsible for stolen packages. If the USPS confirms delivery, your package is considered legally delivered. Packages stolen or lost after official USPS delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will provide delivery confirmation from the USPS upon request. If you are concerned about stolen packages, you MUST select priority shipping WITH an adult signature at checkout.

All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please send photos of packaging as well as damaged items. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted if the order is canceled prior to shipping.
