Product Shipping Options
Pretty Pipe Shop is based in the USA. Our glass pieces and accessories are created by artisans and manufacturers around the world. Our pieces may ship from multiple locations depending on the method of shipping you choose. Please read the following shipping policy in full.
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the product.
Orders are processed M-F and must be received by 11:00 AM EST for same-day processing and overnight shipping.
A Note About FREE SHIPPING for glass pieces: We offer free shipping directly from our artisan vendors as a way of lowering costs and reducing our carbon footprint. However, in some cases, FREE SHIPPING can take 30 days (In rare cases or during busy shipping times, Free Shipping may take longer than 30 days).
30-day shipping is NOT guaranteed to arrive within 30 days and tracking numbers are not available for items shipped via free shipping. Items sent via free shipping are often shipped from our artisan vendors and frequently come from overseas and therefore need to pass through customs.
PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping is experiencing significant delays due to the quarantines in China.
Orders send via Priority Mail ship directly from our offices in NJ.
If you require your order sooner, or if you require a tracking number, please select a piece from our FAST SHIPPING section and choose PRIORITY MAIL at checkout.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Pretty Pipe Shop is not responsible for stolen packages. If the USPS confirms delivery, your package is considered legally delivered. We track delivery internally. Packages stolen or lost after official USPS delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will provide delivery confirmation from the USPS upon request. If you are concerned about stolen packages, you MUST select priority shipping WITH an adult signature at checkout.
ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF DAMAGE WITHIN 72 HOURS. When you receive your order, please inspect you items carefully for damage. Should any items arrive damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately with photos so that we may rectify the issue. You MUST notify us of shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged items reported after 72 hours of delivery will not be replaced.
If your items are damaged or incomplete upon arrival, you MUST notify us within 72 hours and submit photos. Please read our Return/Cancellation Policy for more information.
